Your Sports Registered Dietitian

Hi, I’m Renata Altamirano Garcia. I was born and raised in Mexico City but currently live in Colorado. I am a Sports Registered Dietitian and my goal is help athletes like you boost your health and enhance your performance through a Food First Philosophy. I also want to teach you how to incorporate sustainable food choices so you can to eat with integrity and respect for the planet, animals, and people.

 

I recreate recipes that I love with my own twist and incorporate sports nutrition education. I am a flexitarian so I provide mostly plant-based recipes (some vegetarian, some vegan), but also believe in including animal protein locally- or ethically-sourced.
